Huntington Beach Retreat to Offer Gourmet Food and Entertainment to Compliment Coastal Views. The Hilton Waterfront Beach Resort, located in the heart of Huntington Beach, California, has planned a Thanksgiving Day feast with festive entertainment in the resort’s ocean view Cielo Mare Ballroom on Thursday November 26, 2009.

• Time: three seatings at 12:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m., and 5:30 p.m.

• Cost: $75 for adults and $12.95 for children, plus tax and gratuity

Award-winning Executive Chef Jeff Littlefield will be serving a plentiful bounty with all the traditional fixings, plus some offerings to spice up the traditional Thanksgiving meal.

Appetizer offerings with include:

• Artisan cheeses

• Butternut squash soup with ginger, toasted almonds and thyme

• Frissee salad with goat cheese

• Winter beet salad with tangerines

• roasted vegetables.

A variety of seafood options will be offered:

• Alaskan crab legs with mango cocktail sauce

• Shades crab cakes cooked on the buffet
