Huntington Beach, California - 2008 Thanksgiving holiday at The Hilton Waterfront Beach Resort offers an award-winning Thanksgiving Day feast with entertainment in the resort’s ocean view Cielo Mare Ballroom on Thursday November 27, 2008.

Serving a sumptious spread with traditional fixings, award-winning Executive Chef Jeff Littlefield also offers some surprises for this Thanksgiving celebration. Artisan Cheeses accompanied by olives and breads; Frissee salad with goat cheese; Pumpkin soup with ginger, toasted almonds and thyme; Winter beets with tangerines and, assorted roasted vegetables are some of the tempting appetizers to get your feast in gear.

Seafood gives the Thanksgiving Day meal a coastal flavor to compliment the ocean views from the Hilton Waterfront Beach Resort. Shades crab cakes cooked on the buffet; Jumbo shrimp cocktail; Alaskan crab legs with mango cocktail sauce; Oysters on the half shell; a Waterfront sushi selection; and, pan seared salmon are tempting selections and one primary reason this event generally sells out.

Free range turkey with giblet gravy and cranberry sauce; Roasted Prime Rib with cabernet jus; Maple glazed pork loin; Sourdough stuffing with sage and Spanish sausage; Basil roasted lamb leg with Yukon gold potatoes; and, Stuffed Chicken breast with Capicola and Gruyere are on the Carving Board this holiday.
