For many years the Hilton Waterfront Beach Resort has been our go-to place for enjoyable holiday brunches and dining. The presentations of breads, desserts, carving tables and other food stations are elegant and well kept. The setting is beach and attire can be California dress up or resort casual for these dining events.

What we like about this annual Easter Brunch is the setting and the food quality. The Huntington Beach Hilton hotel has always maintained a chef (usually executive) who keeps up on local sources for meat, dairy and plant-based ingredients. If you're a regular gourmet, you'll likely be familiar with sourcing. If you're learning, the Hilton menu offers a chance to try some special products.
Pricing is reasonable (usually under $100 person) but there's one caveat. If you have adult diners in your group who prefer fast food, this experience will cost you more than you need to pay and some may go hungry when they stick up their noses at the fresh, quality offerings. We've been there, thinking we were treating someone to a special meal only to find them returning from the buffet with empty plates. With that said, children have much lower pricing and special menu items just for them.
