The Studio Upstairs brings together 10 Southern California artists for who meet weekly to capture the human body with a live model.
Artists include May Chan, Stevin Cohen, Paul Donaldson, Connie DK Lane, William Lane, Janet Logan, Diana LoSchiavo, Robert Mah, Pat Naulty and Shawn Rietsch.
The artist group is diverse and their original works span numerous genres of media. Realism, impressionism, abstract expressionism, non-objective abstract art, color-field painting, and sculpture are some approaches pursued by artists from The Studio Upstairs. See their interpretations in this limited engagement exhibition.
