Surf City Kids Book Fest, January 28-31, 2013. 1st annual event at the Central Library includes: creative writing workshops, non-fiction writing, pajama parties, pop-up book classes, and guest author readings leading up to our 25th annual Authors Festival on Thursday, Jan 31st. 15 authors of kids' books are on hand after 2:30 p.m. following their visits at local schools.
