Bring: Current year’s tax forms and preparation booklet; Copy of last year’s income tax return(s); W-2 form from each employer; Unemployment compensation statements; SA-1099 form if paid SS benefits; all 1099 forms; all forms indicating federal income tax paid; dependent care provider information; all receipts or canceled checks if itemizing deductions; Social Security numbers for all dependents; driver’s license or ID car.
