March 27, 2011 Wavecrest Huntington Beachcruiser Meet March 26-27, 2011-
features 450 “Beachcruisin” vehicles manufactured through 1967 - including
station wagons, sedan deliveries, convertibles, VW transporters, nomads,
woodies, pick-ups, trailers and other similar vehicles of the era. This
popular event attracts thousands each year. All vehicles will be showcased
along Main Street in downtown Huntington Beach and at Pier Plaza. Phone:

March 27, 2011 Run For Your Wife, play by Ray Cooney. London cab driver John
Smith has two wives, two lives and a very precise schedule for juggling them
both. With one wife at home in Streatham and another at home in Wimbledon,
and occupants in the upstairs flat at the latter location, trouble brews
when Smith is mugged and ends up in hospital. Both of his addresses surface,
causing both the Streatham and Wimbledon police to investigate. Forced to
explain himself to his wives and two suspicious police officers, things get
even more intriguing. Performed by the Huntington Beach Play House, in its

Biker Sundasy.. Uncle Johnnies Playhouse 3 p.m.
Les Miserables, musical. Victor Herbert's Masterpiece Novel received the
Tony Award for Best Musical in 1987. Les Misérables contains many plots, but
the main thread is the story of ex-convict, Jean Valjean (known by his
prison number, 24601), who becomes a force for good in the world, but cannot
escape his dark past. Historic Huntington Beach Union High School District
Auditorium and Bell Tower, this Musical promises to be one of the biggest
hits in the school's history. Runs March 18-20, 25-27. $20 General

Weider Work Days - Join OC Parks staff and other volunteers in enhancing
Weider Regional Park’s natural resources! Located on the coastal bluffs of
Huntington Beach, this unique habitat overlooks the Bolsa Chica Wetlands and
Pacific Ocean. Activities may include non-native plant removal, trail
maintenance or trash cleanup. No experience is necessary; water, snacks and
tools are provided. Space is limited and pre-registration is required.
