2010 Plein Air Festival - Huntington Beach Art Center's Plein Air Festival invites Plein Air artists of the plein air (outdoor painting) style to participate in a competition. Painting in the Streets allows the public to view artists at work while they paint on Main Street and at The Strand in downtown Huntington Beach.
