March 11, 2008 Surf City Nights - Now one year in existence, this street closure event includes an entertainment line-up, street artists and free parking in downtown Huntington Beach. Entertainment includes John (about 12) who will be spinning records and cd's; young women belly dancing (family friendly, of course,) hip-hop jazz band, The Lowery Brothers in front of 301; Sean and John, the tap dancers will be back (fingers crossed); and of course, the guitar gods Seis Cuerdas. Bring binoculars to enjoy even closer views of these soaring creatures. Location: Pacific Coast Highway between Seapoint and Warner on the east side of the highway.
