June 8, 2008 Playa del Run - The SoCal Aquathlon Series. Playa del Run Aquathlon Series is designed for healthy competition, training, and most of all fun. Food, music and a raffle at the end of each race are provided. Participants accumulate points throughout the series on the way to the Grand Championship in Malibu. Events start: 9 a.m. Enter early to ensure a spot, these events will sell out! A six-series event takes place in Mission Bay and continues in Santa Monica, Huntington Beach, Playa del Rey, Solana Beach and Malibu.
