Memorial Day Ceremony May 30, 2016, 11 a.m. Hosted by American Legion Post 133 the community is invited to a patriotic display featuring a 21-gun salute, flag-raising and more. Memorial Day Ceremony - at Pier Plaza. Pay homage to those from Huntington Beach who fought and died in wars. Huntington Beach High School Band, bagpipes, and a rifle salute are featured as well as presentations from HB City Council members, dignitaries and military. Huntington Beach American Legion Post 133 and the City of Huntington Beach present this memorial service. Time: 11 a.m. Contact Dennis Bauer 714-536-3855

6th Annual Memorial Day Free Walk - at Huntington Beach Pier. Starts at 8 a.m. Walk to Patriot Point (Cliffs north of Golden West Street) and return to Huntington Beach Pier. Healing4Warriors event, healing4warriors.com
