Produced in association of the HB Sister City program with Anjo, Japan, a Huntington Beach "sister city". Free admission. Huntington Beach Cherry Blossom Festival is held 11 a.m. - 4 p.m. at Central Park, 18000 Golden West St. The festival helps the sister city program.
