Children's Carnival and Magic Show Summer Reading Program Kickoff - at Central Library. Free festival of reading for kids has switched to a Saturday this year to boost attendance and awareness of the fun program promoting literacy. Festival includes games, face painting, crafts, balloons, music, Chick Fil-A, Lions Club (cooking hot dogs) and Ana from Frozen.
