2015 was a very good year, but after the partying was over, we said goodbye.
Surf City Splash. Pancake breakfast and registration open 9 a.m. - 11 a.m. 12 Noon is the ocean run, next to HB Pier (north side). Events take place at Zack's Beach Resort / Concessions. $20 includes breakfast and certificate of participation. Call (714) 698-9837.
Vendors Fair - accompanying the Surf City Splash, enjoy shopping and browsing for cool stuff in the same general location.
We love HB's Polar Plunge event, but also like to attend San Pedro's Cabrillo Beach Polar Bear Splash, which is a free tradition since 1953, attracting over 1,000 people. Time: Noon.
