Special Law Enforcement Torch Run - starts at Noon at Beach & Talbert. Goes down Beach Blvd. to Main. Heads toward PCH and turns north to Anderson St. where torch is passed onto Seal Beach PD runners. The event is the Flame of Hope torch for the Special Olympics Summer Games at Cal State University Long Beach.
