Free Fair Housing Landlord Workshop - sponsored by Fair Housing Foundation (FairHousingFoundation.com) at Central Library. This is an excellent opportunity for landlords to ask questions and learn their rights and responsibilities regarding Fair Housing laws, rental application processes, managing rental property, rent increases, eviction processes, and more. Fair Housing Foundation partners with the City of Huntington Beach to provide counseling and other related services to landlords and tenants throughout the city and are available by telephone five-days per week. The workshop is free of charge, but an RSVP is required: 800-446-3247, extension 1104.
