Perqs, home base for the Walter Trout Band, is a lively, casual bar that once served as a brothel in Huntington Beach. Today it is just a bar, and is grandfathered as the only "strictly bar" in Huntington Beach. It's Friday night and you're staying out late. Nearby Howard Johnsonhas a room for just over $70.
