Free concerts, free games, booths, and competition with top female athletes in beach sports such as surfing and skateboarding compete in just PRO/AM and TAG-TEAM competitions for prizes purses. Time: Daily begins at 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Cost: Festival is open to the public, free.
