April 30, 2005  Children's Spring Fling!  Calling all kids for a fun day featuring a train ride, face painting, games, crafts and a petting zoo and food booths. The event is an annual  fundraising effort for Grace Lutheran Preschool programs. A silent auction will be held for adults who want to bid on some great items. Sponsorship opportunities are  available; call for details on how you can get your name in the program. Time 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Cost: $15 first child, $10 each additional child. April 30, 2005  Play - The Crucible by Arthur Miller (Death of a Salesman). Although the events of the play are based on the witchcraft trials that took place in Salem, Massachusetts in 1692, Miller was liberal in his fictionalization of those events. The witchcraft trials grew out of  moral system of the Puritans, which promoted interference in others' affairs as well as a repressive code of conduct that frowned on any diversion from norms of behavior. The play is presented by Huntington Beach Playhouse at Huntington Beach Library and Cultural Center Theater, 7111 Talbert Avenue, Huntington Beach, California. It runs through May 15, 2005. April 30, 2005  Ukulele Exhibit - Ukulele Exhibit - History of the Ukulele is a fun, interactive exhibit for all ages. It features vintage ukuleles, musical instruction workshops and band performing at various times during the exhibit run. Time:  9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Cost: $2/ adult. April 30, 2005  Photography and Multimedia in Partnership with the Imagination Celebration of Orange County. This exhibition of student work features stunning visual images in a variety of media, including photography, animation, digital arts, film and computer graphics of children age K-12. April 30, 2005   Play - Romeo and Juliet by William Shakespeare is a timeless classic about a young couple who fall in love.
